Give Away

1. Promotion conditions
1.1 These conditions apply to the “Royal Delft Dutch Dawn Give-Away”, hereinafter referred to as ‘Dutch Dawn Give-Away’.

2. Participation
2.1 The Dutch Dawn Give-Away takes place on Royal Delft’s social media channels.
2.2 Participation in this Dutch Dawn Give-Away is personal and free of charge.
2.3 Participation is excluded for employees of Royal Delft and anyone who is in any way directly or indirectly involved in this promotion in an organizational sense.
2.4 Royal Delft and the participants in the Dutch Dawn Give-Away are bound by the content and provisions of these conditions.
2.5 Everyone can participate in the Dutch Dawn Give-Away. However, to have a chance to win the prize, the minimum age is 18 years.

3. Action
3.1 The Dutch Dawn Give-Away runs from July 11th 2024 until July 18th 2024.
3.2 The winner will be announced on July 19th, 2024 via Instagram/Facebook stories.

4. Price
4.1 The prize is a breakfast set for two people worth €174.80 consisting of 2x Dutch Dawn Dessert Plate, 2x Dutch Dawn Mugs, 2x Dutch Dawn Bowls.
4.2 The promotion is not valid in combination with other promotions or discounts.
4.3 Participants must be at least 18 years old.
4.4 The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Liability
5.1 Royal Delft, its auxiliary persons or third parties are not liable for any damage caused by this Dutch Dawn Give-Away.
5.2 Royal Delft cannot be held liable for any damage caused by the prize to be paid out to it.
5.3 Royal Delft is not responsible or liable for defects in the prices to be provided by it. Royal Delft does not guarantee the prices it will provide.
