Plate "Ja"
The Diskus collection was designed in 2007 in collaboration with Nicole van Schouwenburg of Skylla. The collection consists of eight different boards, each with a different proposition up for discussion. These plates are an invitation to spark interesting discussions and conversation with family and friends over dinner.
The text on the plate says (in Dutch):
I think saying yes yields more in the long term. Get married, merge, buy something nice, travel, say yes to life and improvise along the way. You never know what the right thing is to do. My father said yes on even days and no on uneven days, it didn’t make a difference to business according to him.
