Besides the worldfamous Delft Blue the masterpainters at Royal Delft also create the multi-coloured polychrome collection. This decorationstyle is inspired by colour used in the Mediterranean and it is these colours that give the earthenware its typical character. This wooden shoe, also known as a clog, is handpainted with this polychrome technique.
