In the thirties of the eighteenth century no fewer than ten types of cupboards were put on the market in Delft. According to the fashion of that time, cupboards were placed on the overhanging hood of a cabinet. This Delft Blue cabinet set has richly decorated floral motifs and was painted by hand by our master painter.
