Hand-painted by the master painters of Royal Delft
Zandvoort, 28 August 2025 – For the third year in a row, the exclusive trophies of Studio Piet Boon by Royal Delft will shine on the podium during the Formula 1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix. This year in a completely Delft Blue edition. The artwork of the trophies has been designed and hand-painted by the designers and master painters of Royal Delft. With their Delft Blue decorations, the trophies radiate Dutch pride and affirm the Netherlands’ rich cultural heritage in a contemporary way.
Delft Blue Edition
The unique handcrafted trophies combine speed, tradition, and craftsmanship, forming an impressive Delft Blue collection that gives each winner a special story to take home. The winner’s trophy is entirely hand-painted with the iconic floral Delft Blue decoration, characteristic of Royal Delft. The constructor’s trophy is inspired by the Japanese art of Kintsugi. The hand-painted decoration is finished with 24K gold luster lining, making it appear as though the trophy has been carefully restored from Delft Blue fragments. The trophies for second and third place feature dynamic brushstrokes that reflect the speed and energy of Formula 1.
