Plate 75 year liberation
To mark 75 years of freedom, Royal Delft releases a new Delft Blue commemorative plate.
The newest commemorative plate “75 years of freedom” fits in with the company’s long tradition of publishing a plate at events of national importance. The Delft Blue decoration for the new plate is inspired by the commemorative plate that was made for the very first Liberation Day: both are provided with a peace dove. The plate, with a diameter of 23.5 centimeters, is equipped with a banner in the colors red, white and blue and painted by hand by the craftsmen at Royal Delft. Just like other commemorative plates, this is one is limited in time: it can be ordered until 5 May 2021.
