This unique set of Collar Bowls from the Black and White Reflection Series consists of No. 1 and No. 3. The Collar Bowls introduce a new approach to decoration, as applied by Royal Delft. The objects are finished with a striking black-and-white tone-on-tone reflection effect, showcasing the traditional and widely recognized floral and fauna decorative style. The selected objects in this series originate from the BlueD1653 collection, designed by Dutch designers Arian Brekveld and Koens & Middelkoop. Together with the Proud Mary, these two stunning Collar Bowls form a powerful and cohesive series.
 
The Design | Arian Brekveld
Arian Brekveld, a prominent Dutch designer with an impressive portfolio, plays a key role in the Black and White Reflection Series with his Collar Bowls. In close collaboration with Royal Delft, Arian Brekveld has designed these beautiful bowls.
In 2024, the Collar Bowls underwent a contemporary transformation under the direction of the Royal Delft Design Team. The bowls are now available entirely in black or white, featuring a powerful tone-on-tone floral decoration. This new decorative technique reveals a reflective effect, allowing the traditional flora and fauna motifs to stand out strikingly.
