About Clock Large
During the period when clocks were highly valuable, there was a circular opening where the clock movement is now located, in which a pocket watch could be placed. In this way, the decorative object was temporarily transformed into a functional clock. The contemporary, extremely elegant clock is decorated with flowers and also features the characteristic Royal Delft bird. The hour markers are represented by small straight lines, matching the slender hands. The pendulum is clearly visible through the cutout in the ceramic.
