The clay
A unique earthenware blend perfected over centuries, still mixed and cast by hand in our Delft atelier.

In the past, dinner guests tried to avoid the indiscreet glances of the serving staff in every possible way. For this reason, they used a table bell during the meal. The hostess used a small bell to summon the staff when the table needed to be cleared or more food needed to be served. This polychrome table bell can be used in the same way or hung on the Christmas tree.

Royal Delft presents its newest tableware collection, inspired by centuries-old landscape painting tradition. The Dutch Dawn Collection captures the serene mystique of the Dutch landscape at first light, bringing calm and beauty to the table.

Inside De Porceleyne Fles
Same building. Same recipe. Same gesture of the brush — passed painter to painter since 1653.
A unique earthenware blend perfected over centuries, still mixed and cast by hand in our Delft atelier.
A single cobalt oxide that turns deep Delft blue only after the final firing — the colour of every piece since 1653.
Years of training before a brush ever touches a finished piece. Every stroke is original — no decals, no transfers.
