To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Brasserie Employee on an on-call basis.

Do you get excited about working in the hospitality industry? Do you love putting a smile on someone's face? Then we are looking for you. At Brasserie1653, we are looking for a proactive and creative hospitality star to strengthen our team.

What will you do as a brasserie employee?

In the role of brasserie employee, your duties will include:

  • Providing hospitable service to our (international) guests;
  • Taking and serving orders;
  • Independently and as part of a team, preparing items such as hot and cold drinks, lunches, and high teas for both groups and individual guests;
  • Kitchen duties, such as preparing various dishes.

What will your work environment be like?

Brasserie1653 is a unique spot in the middle of the monumental building where the Royal Delft Museum is located. Visitors have the opportunity to enjoy a drink, lunch, high tea, or a pastry here. With the option to sit inside, in the conservatory overlooking the historic courtyard, or in the garden itself, Brasserie1653 is a special place to work.

Who are you?

  • You have an affinity for working in the hospitality industry and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves;
  • Service-oriented and professional;
  • Stress-resistant and a go-getter; the lunch rush is no problem for you;
  • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and occasionally in the evenings;
  • Good command of the Dutch and English languages;
  • You are available for at least 2 days a week;
  • Knowledge of HACCP is a plus.
